An Effective Communicator is someone who develops effective communication skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking. As well as developing communication skills appropriated to the setting and the audience. My interpretation of the ESLR is a person who over time develops an effective method to communicate with people in either aspect that deal with communications. However, this artifact consists of developing skills to create a stronger character when speaking to others. What this artifact measures is creating structure in the speaking to create fluent communication skills enabling a person to create a stronger role of speaking to others. Nonetheless, this artifact meets the ESLR by emphasizing the way one develops effective communication
