In a setting practitioner has to work with different types of people. So it is very important to build up an effective working relationship with the colleagues and the service users.
To maintain an effective working relationship practitioner needs to consider the followings:
* Make a trusting relationship with the colleague and the service users so they can share their problem when they needed.
* Practitioner has to make an effective communication relationship with his colleague to make sure that the essential information is passed on to all
* Each team member will respect each other’s jobs and the role everyone plays in the organization.
No one should be dominated.
* Allow everyone to discuss their problem and help them to solve it together
