Children are all focused on partnership working at all levels including:
The duty to cooperate to promote the well-being of children and young people.
The duty to make arrangements to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
The lead person who is responsible for coordinating actions and who acts as the main point of contact for children where more than one practitioner is involved such as local community, health visitor, friends, family, social worker
