Before technology was invented commonly things used to teach included Bibles, and hornbooks . Hornbooks are wooden paddles that had printed lessons on them, and were frequently used in the colonial era and were great for learning verses. Another thing used frequently were magic lanterns, which were used to project images onto glass plates. After the invention of technology, teachers had more things to teach with, like computers. Computers were not all that great nor used that much, but after years and years of innovating computer are much better and are more significantly used when they were first created. In past education, male teachers would usually teach in private, and we still have private schools for both girls and boys, but we also have public schools for everyone. Technology plays a large role in day-to-day life, and education is no different. Present day education is very corrupt, and some of the major problems include an aim to make money, no creativity and innovations, and not focusing on learning. The direct aim of the education system today is for owners of educational institutes to make money, and will do anything for it to stay that way. As a result of this students are hungry for the indulgence, and money. For these youths they think that the whole point of an education is to make money, and that's their motivation of an educational. Another problem is students are not inspired to go beyond the limits on projects. They are taught to do what rubrics say just to pass, instead of thinking outisde the box. They are also not encouraged to pick a topic hey are most interested in instead of the teacher choosing. Another major problem in our education system today is students are not focusing on learning. There is too much stress on students to pass exams and pass classes, instead of learning the concepts as they go. While teachers are teaching, students are writing down notes instead of listening to the teacher, because not everything the teacher says are in your notes. Parents and teachers are hard on their kids on passing exams while they should be building their students characters, and further improve their personality. For this reasoning students are
