Introduction of leadership
While studying on leadership, I observed a number of opportunities to presence and explore the content and activities of leadership. I will try to identify the particular meaning of leadership and its theories. I will begin with the meaning of leadership that is an influence between the one lead person who does the right things and he has an ability to control the direction, built an inspiring vision, and always try to create something new. Moreover, he has a skill to build a culture of performance and a leader can intend the real changes and outcomes in the world. According to the Dwight D. During my observation I assume that leadership explain the meaning of standing out, while the management is huge bureaucratic institute. After read the theories of leadership it seems that leadership is not a management and a management is not a leadership but it’s just a position of bureaucracy. So, I would like to explain the theories of leadership which explore the critical relationship within organization.

• The great man theory: This theory explain that leaders are borne not made.
• The trait theory of leadership explains two sides, example upside is easy to understand and people will follow you, but the downside identified dozens of traits.
• The skill theory of leadership is based on practical skills rather than general qualities of leader.
• The style theory of leadership is shows the style like be autocratic and demanding and leave people alone.
• The situational theory argues about the situation which a leader must be adapt.
• The contingency theory assumes the default style is
