According to (Noor, 1999), “leadership determines the well-being of families, organisations, nations and the world at large. Leadership is encompassing all aspects of life on earth, be they social, political, economic or spiritual. It might be said that leadership is a process, not a personality. Leadership is defined in one way as “any action that focuses resources towards a truly beneficial end”.” This means that, leadership is not only occurred in individual life but the whole life. Allah said in Al-Quran, “Allah has promised such of you as believe and do good works, that he will surely endow them with (the institution of) khilafah on earth”. As a Muslims, we must do the right things in the earth. For instance, preserve the environment. …show more content…
It might be said that Prophet Muhammad is one of the best leader in the world. He have a good leadership especially in his probation. According to (Lamartine, 1894), in this modern history, no one can compare with the Prophet Muhammad who was a great man. Besides that, (Hart, 1978), claimed that Prophet Muhammad is the world most of the influential person. For instance, he is one who had an influence in Medina a long time ago. We also can see now that most of the people know and heard about the Prophet. Although, Prophet Muhammad was the only person in history who was extremely successful on both the religious and secular levels. (Jules, 1974), noted down three objective standards for judging the greatness of leaders. Firstly, the leader must provide for the well-being of the led. Secondly, the leader or would-be leader must provide a social organisation in which people feel relatively secure. Thirdly, the leader must provide his people with one set of beliefs or values.
