Honestly, this type is a broad definition for me and one that is constantly let down. For example, if an elderly person slips and falls on ice, I expect a bystander to assist in helping that elderly person back up or, at least, making sure that person is okay to continue walking. However, if a bystander keeps on walking and does not aid that person then I lose faith in people and society. This type I feel is more of a courtesy to have because a person does not need faith in the society that they live in. Spiritual faith is the most important type of faith that have. To me, having faith that there is an Almighty Creator, a supernatural being that you cannot see, but somehow know that He is always there for you, is comforting. I have a strong spiritual faith that will be tested against people, who doubt, but I will never change my mind. This kind of faith to me is nearly indescribable because how am I supposed to describe a being that I cannot see or hear, but have faith that He will always come through for me? Truthfully, I cannot describe the indescribable. I could give a loose description of it that can be easily walked over by someone who does not share the same views. A person, who will also try to make me question my “faith.” As a definitive definition of this type of faith in my life is that it is blind faith. But, blind faith does not sound appealing to other people. I know that. However, for me, blind faith keeps me going throughout. If I did not have blind faith, what could possibly keep me going throughout life? Nothing. Having spiritual faith and referring to faith as having its own life is what keeps me going as I march through the battlefield of life.
