The claim management is the process of precisely, analytically and orderly managing of claims throughout the projects. Detection, examination and correction of the defects are some of the phases in which the claim can run through during the project. At the same time, while considering a claim management with large-scale project may affect the project by impacting on time which is very valuable because it might be a complex examination process which requires more time.

ANALYSIS AND DECISION OF A CLAIM STRATEGY
First, we have to identify the event or factor that leads to deviations of the contract, in which records what happened, when and who was involved for this deviation. Once if we are done with these processes then the next step is to notify or report to all the parties or members who get affected or involved about the only event not the impacts. Then we have to find the impacts happened on the project and analysis the impact. After getting a detailed knowledge on that specified area then find an alternate solution which can be applied and later on inform or provide notification to all parties who involved about the impact. Execution of the change according to the requirement is the next phase which may then leads to claim. I.e. request for compensation of the execution of the change. With a proper claim settlement payment is
