The claim management is the process of precisely, analytically and orderly managing of claims throughout the projects. Detection, examination and correction of the defects are some of the phases in which the claim can run through during the project. At the same time, while considering a claim management with large-scale project may affect the project by impacting on time which is very valuable because it might be a complex examination process which requires more time.
