The team has been working on claims for five years on all kinds of disputes within ACH claims, however, there are currently no greater offers and special treatment to long term relationship customers and high dollars claim. The target market for new product- called Preferred ACH claims- is to focus on high-value customers. After analyzing the claims processing in daily basic, high-value customers seem do not have greater benefits than regular customer accounts. To fill the needs for those customers, the marketing plan list of features and needs have been decided and make different process for better customer experiences.
