All good leaders understand the importance of building teams so that employees can work together and build a relationship of dependability and responsibilities. Leaders who create strong teams usually have better results from their employees. This paper will elaborate on the importance of how a level III leader will build a high performance team and what steps they will use to create the team.

It is important to put innovative thinkers on teams because you are looking for new ways to solve old dilemmas or problems.
