Army Leadership Philosophy Analysis

Every leadership should have its own philosophy behind it. Also every leader should follow that in order to do their job. As a noncommissioned officer my job and responsibility is coming from these two short sentences, “accomplishment of my mission and welfare of my soldiers”.
As I understand, my task as a leader is taking care of my soldiers all the time by mentoring, observing and comparing their ability by individual.
Whenever we talk about leadership, this thought comes to my mind which is enforcing regulation through guidance from supervisor to the subordinate. One of a leader’s job is to set the standards and provide the method for conducting the task as fast and accurate as possible with contemplate of safety of your soldiers

The leadership in the army is the process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization. This sentence gives us the main Idea about many responsibilities and tasks that a leaders does.
Leaders individually are not able to conduct all tasks that are coming from top echelon. They need to have a team. Also they need to make their team capable to conduct tasks. For these reasons leaders need to improve their ability and skills regarding the (ADP 6-22 and FM 7-0).To create strong cohesive team leaders need to start from themselves first which means starting from leader’s attributes, which is very important part of my philosophy.
As Noncommission officer, my first step to create a team is identifying the fact and values that we can find them all in the Army values, the leader needs to understand and make empathy to another’s feelings which is easy to say but not easy to do. This could be one of the strong facts of cohesive

A Leader has to be able to create new way and standards for missions and tasks. A leader needs to be able to positively solve problems that will happen for team and team members. Leaders should be aware of cultures and be able to stabilize the way of conversation with the subordinate that not put subordinate in offensive position.
A successful leader should be able to gain their teams trust at the same time that they are leading the team. Also a leader should be able to have positive influence on the chain of command. Leading by example is one of the critical part of the leadership, I’m pretty sure all of soldiers in the team observe and compare their leader with other team. Communicating with team and chain of command could be very strong bullet for leader. It could be very nice when Leader communicate with team and inform them about what happened and what is going to happen and what is the role of team regarding
