Corporate culture of the organization
Corporate culture — set of models of behavior which are acquired by the organization in the course of adaptation to environment and the internal integration, shown the efficiency and divided by the majority of members of the organization. Components of corporate culture are: * the accepted system of leadership; * styles of a resolution of conflicts; * operating system of communication; * position of the individual in the organization; * features of gender and international relationship; * the accepted symbolics: slogans, organizational taboos, rituals.

Elements of corporate culture
The corporate culture of the organization consists of its elements which like "bricks" being competently adjusted, to each other, create the strong base on which all building keeps. If each of elements isn't in coordination with others, the principle of systemacity and corporate culture is broken it is impossible, and there is a simple set of the actions which don't have a common goal. Besides, for each company the set of elements of corporate culture has to be individualized. We will tell introduction of a strict business dresscode in the company which workers generally are engaged in a creative, will unambiguously lead to reduction of labor productivity and emergence of the intra firm conflicts.
It is necessary to consider specifics of the organization. For the company specializing on administrative consulting the strict business suit for employees is very desirable while for creative persons of advertizing agency it is hardly so necessary.
At the same time, despite need of individual selection of elements of corporate culture for each company there is also some standard set which equally suits all organizations.
It is possible to carry to those elements:
• Corporate editions (magazine, newspaper, bulletin),
• Intra firm training,
• Mentoring,
• Corporate museum,
• Existence of festive and significant
