The conflict strategy that is the most appropriate for this situation would be the group interview or discussion between the two employees and their supervisors. This will give the employees the chance to say what they feel is going on and respond to the other employee. The supervisors will also get a chance to talk about what they feel is going on between the two and suggest some conflict resolution strategies. Ultimately if they cant solve their differences they will both have to be let go.
