According to the 2016 1st Quarter financial reports released by Comcast, the company’s cable communications revenue increased by 6.7%. Despite being recognized as a company with notoriously bad customer service, Comcast are steady making attempts to not allow their biggest threat to be themselves. According to FORTUNE, “its last quarterly earnings report showed that the number of overall customer ‘relationships’ increased 156,000, a 90% improvement from the same period last year.” As Comcast continues to develop new products every quarter and sell bundled packages of television, internet and phone services, the revenue continues to grow per customer relationship. The CEO of Comcast, Brian Roberts, stated this was their “best video quarter in
