Code of Conduct Policy:

This organization is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services in a lawful and ethical manner. This Code of Conduct shall serve as a “blueprint”, guiding our actions to cultivate and maintain the trust and respect of clients and the communities we serve. This Code of Conduct augments, but does not limit, specific policies and procedures of the Kanabec County Public Health Hospice. We recognize that this Code of Conduct cannot address every situation that may arise in the daily conduct of our many activities, however disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We also recognize that this Code of Conduct does not substitute for our common sense, individual judgment and personal integrity, for which we are all accountable.
