To start off you can’t just look at the Incarnation of God, but you have to look at the Trinity too. The Christian religion’s God is a Triune God, Three persons, in one essence. The Trinity is the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. The Son essence of God was incarnated into man and lived among us for about 33 years.
The Incarnation of the Son as human had very interesting characteristics, because when the Son came into the world as man, He did it in a very unique way. He did not just show up out of nowhere, or descend from heaven on clouds made of gold, but instead He was conceived through the Holy Spirit, born to Mary. He was fully human, grew up as any normal child would, but at the same time having the ability to call down twelve legions of angels from the heavens (Matt. 26:53) So He was fully man, and fully God, the Son. But here is where it gets even more interesting.

But we find in John 10:30 Jesus says “I and [my] Father are one”. This doesn’t really clarify the trinity or the concept 2 = 1, it just confirms our beliefs. In 1 John 5:7 it also confirms there are 3 in 1. “…the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one”. This is one of the concepts in the Christian religion, even though we can’t wrap our minds around, three people can be one essence, or they are each completely whole, plus each part be connected, while being individual.
