“Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” The path we choose to go down in the beginning can dictate how we finish in the end. Your passions, desires strengths, and skills may manifest itself to have nothing to do with a career but they can serve as a blueprint as you search for career goals, career choices and opportunities. Career choices can be anything from a mail carrier to a anesthesiologist. Choosing the right career to some people serves as more importance than how much money they are making. For children, career choosing is not a necessity as of now, but for growing teenagers and adults it is becoming more of an everyday thing. The choice of what career one may choose to take up is infinite, but what if it wasn’t? What if you only two career options to choose from? The two careers to choose from are retail cashiers and a professional athlete. If an individual had to decide between an athlete or a cashier the best selection would be the professional athlete. The route of a retail cashier in the beginning was the job to have, however, that is not the case anymore. Although both careers are good, one is evolving and the other is becoming irrelevant. The career profession of a retail cashier is becoming extinct because although at first it was needed, but with new advances in technology and the economy one would stray away from being a cashier and lean towards a career that will be in the future.
