Humanity, constantly learning, growing, and facing more challenges each second of the day. Whether the challenges are mental or purely physical. We have found more efficient, safer, and easier ways of doing the tasks we may face. Probably the greatest accomplishments we have made, are in the studies of medicine/treatment. And to be specific, the study of radiology. I am most interested in pursuing a career as a radiologic technologist because of its diligent career overview, ample salary, and academic education. I also enjoy working hands on with people and believe this is the appropriate career for me.

Or a certificate program is especially beneficial for an individual with significant experience in radiology technology or who is shifting medical fields. This program typically lasts for 21 to 24 months. Certification follows radiation technology training and is awarded by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) after passing the certification exam. It is recommended to take psychology, economics, anatomy, and pre-calculus or calculus or statistics classes in highschool. “The foundation of radiology education usually includes anatomy, chemistry, biology, radiology theory, mathematics and patient safety courses.” (http://www.innerbody.com/careers-in-health/becoming-radiology-technician.html). A radiologic technologist must have multiple skills, abilities and personality traits in order to get a job in this occupation. The top skill to have is being a good communicator, it is important to be able to have a clear and understanding conversation with patients and also with co-workers.
