Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., is a U.S. company incorporated on January 30th, 1998, together with its subsidiaries operates Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants. The Company 's Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants, widely known as “Chipotle” serve a menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls (a burrito without the tortilla) and salads.
