The best type of leader is a person that encourages its employees to not only benefit themselves, but to strive to be the best type of leader for their community. Most people see being a leader as a person that has a strong sense of basic organization skills and can manage multiple people, but in my opinion that is a selfish act that only helps a small portion of people. To be a successful leader is simply defined as a person the run an organization or an office, but how is that a leader? A leader should be motivating and not solely where it is convenient for making money, hence I think that being a leader should be more influential to aspects of life that are bigger than ourselves.
