Catharma Case Study: Catalent Pharma Solution

Currently, I am working with Catalent Pharma Solution. Our company has more than 30 sites all over the World and revenue is $1.8B. Catalent is divided into three segments as per their activities.
a. Softgel: Softgel Revenues are generated through manufacturing activities. To Recognize revenue in a correct period is major consideration in this type of Business. Bill and Hold activities are also very common in this type of business.
b. Drug Delivery Service (DDS): Revenue in DDS business is coming through different type of Research activities. Each contract is different from the other and Revenue is completely depending upon the Milestone in the contract. Advance Payment and Deferred Revenue is very common in DDS business.
c. Clinical Service
