Harassment covers a wide range of behaviors of an offensive nature. It is commonly understood as behavior that disturbs or upsets, and it is characteristically repetitive. In the legal sense, it is behavior that appears to be disturbing or threatening. In a company, harassment is a form of employment discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Harassment is unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetic information. In the event a report is not taken seriously, or if an employee does not feel comfortable reporting the matter to his or her superior, the employee should escalate the matter in accordance with the Whistle-blower Procedure. However, there are some complaint that do not count as whistleblowing. One of them is personal grievances are not covered by whistleblowing law, unless the particular case is in the public interest. In this case, organizations may restructure to group all functions into a single division and duplicate each of the functions across all the divisions. So all the work can be done efficiently and the most important things is that the workers not confused with the task that they should accomplished. The good organization will leads a company to success and a good leader will make a good worker. Next, Volvo Company can also use the network organization because as we all know, this company is a multinational company. So it is quite hard if they want to hold a meeting with the group in different countries. Network organization is a collection of independent, mostly single-function firms that collaborate to produce a good or service. In the case of Volvo, it will make them easy to contact with the others manager in the different countries. Not just that, they can easily contact with their supplier about their supply. This will make their work even easy and smooth and their can save their time
