John informs Bill that if he does not have the intelligence to figure out the software, he will hire a female off the street. That way he can at least look at something pretty when asked dumb questions and slammed the door in his face. What makes this a form of bullying is the fact that every time Bill asks John a question, John uses humiliation by verbal means.
