How Does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Cause Bullying?

Bullying is an aggressive intentional action meant to target a single person. Most experts on bullying define it as the use of force or coercion to abuse or intimidate others. (Lohmann, 1991). Bullying is an action that can cause severe injury to the victim and can even cause death. Bullying occurs due to several factors such as vindictive and also required the attention of the public and the influence of peers led to their involvement in bullying. Most of them that bullying is comprised of those who have discipline problems and often fights at school. Bullying will provide deep problems to the victim as a result of extreme depression often bullied by peers. Therefore, the solution is to provide counseling to the victims for the loss of pride in themselves.
One of the problems that will occur as a result of bullying in schools is extreme depression among adolescents who are victims of bullying. According to Nomie, (2013), in her article says depression is a form of emotional disturbance unstable. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of the most commonly used therapy to change negative behaviors that may affect the safety and health of themselves. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a medically based thoughts and feelings that interfere with a person's soul. Medical process through cognitive behavior is very important to help those who are victims of bullying to prepare themselves to face any pressure in life.
