Budget Cuts Case Study

There are three issues that will influence the Athletic Director’s approach to budget cuts. These issues are as follows: time, risk and information by the Athletic Department as well as the institution as a whole. The first issue is how much time is presented to establish methods that coincide with the budget cuts? This part of the plan is often hard to implement especially if the decrease in budget is made in the current year as opposed to the athletic director having 3 or 4 years to confront budget
