FY16-17 adopted budget line items are available in (L:\) drive. You can view the either pdf or excel file. Each folder, there is an Index File.

1. Open the Index File.
2. Click the your fund tab from the bottom of the sheet.
3. Click the ORG UNIT for the department you would like to view the FY16-17 Budget line items.
4. If someone already open the Index File, open the Index File as Read Only. Then follow the steps from 2 to 4.
