What is the lifestyle of someone who follows the Buddhist religion? Many Buddhist people have certain teachings and beliefs that tie into their daily lives and meditation style. The teachings that they have in their daily lives is what makes them have such a calm and accepting view on the world.
One of the most common and important teachings of Buddhist people are the 3 Signs of Being. The first sign is change, what you are now is who you are and there is no going back to who you were in the past only change to get better. The second sign is suffering, suffering must come at some point in life but once it is over happiness comes through with hope for a better life. The third and last sign is no ‘I’, meaning that everyone must work together to achieve peace it is unachievable without the help of others. Another three things Buddhists teach are the 3 Fires. Desire / thirst, anger, and delusion are three feelings that connect in one way. They are called fires because they are untamed, they can rage through the person feeling those things hurting them or others. Once breakfast is over the monks go to class and begin their teachings. They teach things like the 3 Fires, the Noble Eightfold Path and many others. Once classes are done the monks pray again during their afternoon meditation time. When nightfall comes around the monks retire to do homework and continue their studies.
