(5)While George was in the middle of a game, one of the Baltimore Oriels coaches watched, and was quite impressed with George and how well he could catch. (2)After the game George went home to the school, where he was met by the coach who asked him if he would want to join their team. (6)George hesitated. (7)Offered by the baseball coach from his home town, George couldn’t resist. (3)Hastily, George rushed out onto the Baltimore oriels baseball diamond, some of the older players laughed at George who compared to their size, George was like “A Babe” which is how George got his nickname, “Babe Ruth”. (4)Trying his best to fit in with the older players, George was recruited to being pitcher because his arm was like a cannon when accurately throwing a baseball.
