After the first therapeutic laughter sessions, anxiety, depression, and stress levels of the patient significantly decreased in the experimental group. There was no change in a control group, who did not participate in the laughing therapy. At the end, the finding shows that that laughter therapy is effective after a single session in reducing anxiety, depression, and stress in breast cancer
