Since the moment when a person begins to believe in God and allows Jesus Christ to take a place in his/her heart, a life of the new believer changes radically. The new Christian’s soul begins to awaken spiritually. He/she starts to see the world differently moreover the new believer begins to have a great desire to grow in the knowledge of God. However, at some point of Christian life, this feeling and desire gradually fade and the spiritual growth of the believer becomes weaker and does not allow us to move to a new spiritual level.

According to Skazero, one of the important things in the life of a missionary is a Sabbatical. For ten years of my ministry, unfortunately, I did not have it. I heard about Sabbatical, that it is necessary for missionaries, but since my ministry was in my own country, I did not attach such great importance. The result of it was my spiritual exhaustion.
Watching local believers who are active in Kazakhstan, I noticed a tendency that they do not fully understand the importance of the Sabbath year and of a balanced life. They consider that it is their duty not to leave the ministry, even if they need some time to rest. This way of thinking may cause burnout and disappointment. My desire is to work with the HR team and encourage them to introduce reading this material during working hours. Also, to create a small group of people with whom we may discuss issues and share our
