Nowadays most people have a sedentary lifestyle and they spend a lot of time sitting in front of their laptops/computers. Incorrect postures, long working hours and lack of movement make the body stiff. Many people complain of back pain and fatigue. It is very important to stretch your body and make your body move every once in a while. Regular exercise should be made an integral part of our daily routine to keep the body fit.
