Beavis Enterprises Training Report

Decent Essays

The experiment was designed to provide evidence if the training that was used was a success. Based on my evaluation of pretest and posttest scores, the training program was not successful. The employees who received training did not have scores that were significantly higher that the employees who did. The training program should not be implemented for the benefit of the company.
