As per the high demand of customers we have decided to have a discussion about the change in trading hours. There will be time divided between all people so that they can give their ideas about the proposals. So we will set a 10 minutes timeframe for all our members of management and customer service team. We will ask them to fill out the survey forms as well to make it easy to take a decision.

Student flights are a flight centre providing tickets to the clients for domestic and international destinations. This is a biggest branch dealing in all over the world. We provide the tickets on reasonable prices. We need to make some changes in the premises, which are such as infrastructure changes, staff training programmes, website maintaining problems etc. we will discuss about the infrastructure problem which has already brought in.
Implementation process
There are few steps which need to be followed to implement the process. You can distribute the surveys within all of your customers by post. Let them know that they are participating in the lucky draw by filling up the forms. So that you can encourage the customers to fill out the forms.
For the online users you can attach one form of survey in your website. It should be compulsory before proceeding further, so that no one can ignore this and you can know more about your customer’s advices.

Then the problems will be reviewed to sort out. The next will be taking actions towards the problems. So this will be the implementation process for the flight centre.
Monitoring process
The next step will be monitoring process. After the implementation you need the monitor the issues to know that what steps will be taken to solve the problem. You will also make a plan to know that how long it takes to solve the problem and also the cost plan as well. After that need to know the facts as well such as it will be beneficial for you and the staff members and the customers as well.
