It’s a normal emotion for someone to feel anxious now and then. Lots of people will feel nervous for a job interview, facing a problem at work, before taking a test, or making an important decision. Anxiety disorders are different and they can change your life forever. Anxiety disorders are serious mental illnesses. For people who experience anxiety disorders are constantly overwhelmed feeling worried and fearful. Panic disorder is a popular anxiety disorder that many Americans have that causes a significant problem in the world we live in today. People with this condition experience feelings of fear and terror that strike suddenly that happen over and over with no warning that the attacks are coming. Having this disorder will always give the patient persistent concern about having future attacks, and worry about the outcomes of the attacks. These attacks that people experience usually result with them sweating and dealing with major discomfort that includes chest pain and unusually strong or irregular heartbeats.
