The laws and ordinances issued by various local governments across the nation are imposing on the natural freedoms of homeless people to do basic human activities, such as eating and sleeping. Homeless people deserve the basic human rights that everyone else gets to have. The many laws against homeless people are morally unjust and purposely make the lives of homeless more difficult in order to stifle their chances of reverting back to public society. The laws made to prevent the homeless from sleeping and receiving a proper meal leave the homeless to struggle through their already difficult lives. The local government of numerous cities deny the natural human rights of the homeless despite knowing the end result of the homeless eventually perishing. The overall prevention of homeless being able to do these basic human activities is unfair and morally
