In this article the author describes the issues in recruiting teachers for international schools. How important is the location to attract the personnel? How does the location influence the retention and job satisfaction? The article is based on the survey of international school teachers. The study said that the location influences the recruitment; however there is no evidence that the location influences the retention and job satisfaction.
