Therefore, the implementation of foreign professionals and expats in the region requires a preparation of the expats in order to be integrated in the local culture. the majority of multinational organizations prepare their employees by providing them a variety of trainings, including language skills, work culture , and business etiquettes, An expatriate has to adjust to three specific aspects namely, general environment, interaction with host country nationals and work (Black & Stephens, 1989). Yet, one study showed that there are a considerable number of expats who fail during their assignment and prefer to go back home before the assignment is completed. Actually, there are numerous factors that prevent expats and international business from operating in the Middle East region such as, connecting the occidental culture with the local culture, understanding the different ways of communications, and comprehend the drivers that shape business decisions and negotiations in the Middle East. An organization that is willing to invest or relocate its employees to the Middle East should focus on the following
