In this article, the author (Abadie) takes a different approach to country terrorism from that considered by most scholars that always focus their research on transnational terrorism. On his part, Abadie provides an empirical investigation of the determinants of terrorism at the country level by using a new measure of terrorism that covers both domestic and transnational terrorism.
