The Animal Farm and Russian Revolution have many similarities. George Orwell based the Animal farm on the Russian Revolution. Animal Farm and Russian Revolution were both brutal and had a ended to it. This paper will show how George Orwell based Animal Farm on the Russian Revolution.
An overview of the Russian Revolution of 1917, two revolutions, the first of which, in February [March, New Style], overthrew the imperial government and the second of which, in October [November], placed the Bolsheviks in power. It lasted March 8 until November 8. The people that were involved were the Russians, central, and western Europe. The leaders during that time is Tsar Nicholas ll and Romanov dynasty.
