Human Recourse department in Acorn Group consists of three members of the team: Head of HR, HR Advisor and HR Officer. Each of those roles have different purpose and role within the group.
• Head of HR:
*acts as the face of HR for the whole group.
*along with Head of Finance and Marketing develops and implements an annual strategy in line with the business plan.
*provides information and reports on variety of data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc; also manages costs of all training needs to budget.
• HR Advisor:
*advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
*advising on staff development.
*consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management.

(1)Guidance for all staff members is available to achieve growth in sales and profitability. Performance is measured by achieving targets, client satisfactory surveys and feedback from both client and candidate.
(2)HR department is working very closely with Learning and Development department to ensure Acorns employees are best at their craft. Numbers of training programs is available for consultants to ensure they develop their portfolio of clients.
Also HR department is encouraging all consultants to cross-sell services L&D offers to all current and new clients. Follow the sale of L&D services, HR department will liaise with the client to make sure they get the services they need most.
(3)HR department must be on top of current staffing situation. Therefore close cooperation and communication between branch and division managers and HR is crucial. It is necessary for all branch and division managers to seek support from HR department when it comes to recruiting multi-specialist recruiters and consultants.
