A company’s aim is to build up their company in a better way. Recruitment is one of the most important parts in HR. Every company might have new ideas, to bring up these new ideas they need new employees. Not just bringing, new employees, but to higher qualified employees. Before the process, at first they analyze the job. Then they will modify job description and person’s specification, after this they start looking for the right candidate. Then move to the selection. This process, is putting right person in right job. In selection process need a candidate with best ability, skill knowledge and best required for the job. In fact, we should help others being in dangerous situation, such as organization like the one STO has some work that could be risky to the employee. In that case company provide health and safety programs. They provide every employ insurance, whenever employ get sick they can take medicines with the help of assanda, and they provide safety precaution while they are in works. Moreover, during the work time if anything happen to the employee they will help employee to take to the hospital and give the best treatment.
Many people may thing-having issues in a company can leads the company downsizing. However, if we do not have issues we may not be able to bring new thoughts for the company. The thing is, having issues can create problems, so it is HR people’s duty to solve it. Firstly they investigate it, later they give advice and then they take action. During this process, they might bring some changes to make the company little more profitable. Moreover, STO Thinadhoo outlet also has some issues, but those are not very big issue that they have to inform to the head office. In case if they found out any employ is misbehaving, at first they give advice, warning and they note about the employee. Later around six month after again they finds problem, than they will inform to the head office. Then the head office will decide what to do with the employee. As we, all know that all human activities involve in company, the main role-plays HR departments. When there are lacking of activities, than all the works may get effected. STO usually delays bringing their goods from male’. This causes because they did not inform before the time. Oh sometimes from headoffice takes more time to send the good to the outlets or sometimes they take unfairness between outlets, this is the reason STO. For these reason, now STO outlets inform before stocks get over, than only it will reach on time.
CONCLUTION
At the point of view, all these activities are very important in an organization. Moreover, HR departments carry out their activities according to their rules and regulation. We understand that most company stand forth with the help of HR departments. In addition, HR departments carry out these activities to make the company’s profit high and to build up companies’ employees’ knowledge. Furthermore STO Thinadhoo branch play very important role to the island. As well as they do well in their HR activities with the help of their head office. From this report, we understand HR plays a vital role in every organization. It tells us how to treat with the employees and what are the ways that company can improve.
