The battle between pro- life and pro- choice activists rages on since the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Jane Roe in 1973, giving a woman a constitutional right to abortion under certain conditions. However, recently stricter abortion laws and social pressure deny women the right to abortion, completely ignoring the reasons for why they arrive at this decision.
Despite the fact that various laws in favor of pro- life activists have taken effect, aborting pregnancy has to be legal under the right conditions in order to protect the mother and her potential child.
