Although ABC Company has a history of well-managed resources; competitive pressures continue to drive the organization to achieve new levels of productivity and performance. Our research aims to answer the following question: How can productivity be improved at ABC Company “Chase”? In order to answer this question we will describe how Leadership and Organizational Behavior aspects related to work environment, motivation and job satisfaction are currently being applied at ABC Company and how these components can be improved in order to achieve the main objective of increasing productivity.

In addition, our research will briefly address the impact of personal issues and mental health in the workplace. According to a study by Cambridge University
