After the bills where payed I was left with enough to buy food for three weeks but I spent a good portion on coffee and take out like Chinese food , pizza, and Olive Garden. I was left to buy food for the house for only two weeks. For example, my paycheck is 1000 dollars, 600 were for the bills so I 'm left with 400. Which I would be able to buy food for the house for three weeks that 's three pay check that the rest I can spend on me. I order take out 3 out of 7 days of the week and take out is minimum for me 30 dollars (I eat a lot so what) after the week it would be 120 I would have if I didn 't spend it on take out. I drink coffee everyday of the week and at race track a medium coffee is 5 dollars after the week that 's 35 dollars that could have been in my pocket if I didn 't spend it. Having to buy food every week for the house messed me up when it came to pay the bills next week.
I made a few adjustments to how much of my money goes to eating out and coffee. It was a small change but it made a big difference on my budget because I then was able to save enough money to buy food for the house once every two weeks.i had to make them because I was not going to be able to improve my situation when it came to food. I was losing money in the long run because so much would go down the drain unless I used half of it to buy food and still be able to go eat out. Now my budget looks better and I 'm saving money while I enjoy
