Tracking Sheet
When I look at my Tracking Sheet, I can clearly see that my income is about $700 while my expenses are around or above $840. It can be clearly seen that I am not saving anything, However, I am losing about a $100 every month from my checking account. The money in my checking account has been built from family aid and work during the summer. I don’t think I am in a terrible situation, but I am still losing more than a $100 every month. This might affect me over a longer term as a year, if you add that to any unpredicted payments. One thing that I can do to lower my spending is to eat outside less than I do.
Net Worth Statement
As for me net worth statement. It was rather simple enough. As a foreign student, I don’t have owned properties nor investments. I also don’t have any student’s loans or mortgage payments. I only have one credit card and it’s all paid. So, I don’t have any liabilities. My net worth comes to $3,933, which consists of $100 in cash, $3583 in my checking account, and $250 in my savings account. I think that my net worth statement looks great since I don’t have any upcoming payments. My summer is already paid, and my part-time job supports my life expenses. So, I don’t think that balance would be going down anytime soon.

If this number is to go down to $50 with adding more money on groceries, it would make the numbers much closer. However, as a full-time student, I don’t think that this difference is a big deal, regarding how much time it can

Budgeting assignment Based on the graphs and reports from my Clearcheckbook I would be able to say that my spending habits are modest compared. As a chemical engineer for a large chemical manufacturer I developed an excel tool that analyzed sales trends for our products and compared the sales history to trends in customer requests for those products. This tool identified markets and applications where customers were asking for information about products but they were not placing orders. I hypothesized that by analyzing these gaps we could discover when our customers were evaluating our product for a potential new application. This would trigger my employer to form a research partnership enabling the development of new technologies while also increasing sales. My supervisor recognized me with a distinguished employee award for the development of this tool.…
