Panama City Florida Case Study

I chose to live in panama city florida in a condo. My address is 302 cabana blvd,panama city beach fl 32407. The reason i chose to live here is because they are pet friendly and it's close to my work. The condo is already furnished so i save money on furniture i pay a monthly rent of $945.00. When i signed my rent contract for the year i agreed to pay and extra $45.00 for condo insurance and it is automatically included in the rent payment. I will have fixed cost and variable cost for each month and that will be what makes up my budget plan. My month one budget was divided into those two categories my fixed cost will remain the same for the next 6 months. Those 4 fixed cost is monthly condo rent ($945.00),car insurance ($115.00),pocket change ($100.00), and ($50) phone bill. My variable cost are food ($100.00), cleaning supplies ($25.00), cat litter ($15.00), cable ($40.00), T.V. ($500.00),gas ($100.00), and work clothes ($100.00). I do not have to buy a phone because i had one previous to when i lived with my parents i just transfered my bill over to my name.The money that i have left over for the month goes directly into my savings. Then i paid my variable cost food ($56.00), cleaning supplies ($21.00), cat litter ($5.00), cable ($40.00),and gas ($60.00). I had spent 1392 for the month and i had 2297 to go into savings. i had a paid trip coming up for my job and i get $50 a day for food. I was about to board my flight when i got a call from my insurance company saying that my money that is spent on my car will not be refunded to me. So i decide to keep my same insurance and just hope that i don't get broken into again or get in a wreck. It was okay that i spent the money to repair my car because the money came out of my savings
