A Case Study: Telehealth

In this report we are enclosing effective ways on how our company can be patient centered by utilizing a technology device called Telehealth, which you requested by the beginning of May. The report argues for the necessity of adapting the Queens of Bringing Heart Together to technology devices in order to provide the best services within our patients by enhancing communication. It also includes that all of our medical providers will have to learn how to use Telehealth properly and expand our nurse’s responsibility toward home care help for our patients with heart diseases the purpose of their comfort.
