I would like to do my paper on the four minute men. I would like use the 4 minute men for my paper because I find it interesting how they appear to have become the first functioning public relations department. The angle I want to take in this paper is that I want to show how they affected what people viewed at that time and how they helped to change the view on public relations. The four minute men relate to public relations because they monitored the information for the public. The question I want to answer with this paper is, how did the four minute men help public relations become what it is today? The first paragraph will be talking about the four minute men and what they did, the second will talk about how they influenced public relations,
