What are your strengths?
I can stir up great conversations with people, am a very hard worker and learn from my mistakes quickly.
What are your weaknesses?
I tend to be more on the quiet side, but that's more from being an observer of people rather than not having anything to say.
Why are you interested in working for Wendy's?
I think Wendy's will be the best place to start up my career and to become a great employee in customer service because of the amazing training that is available here.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?
In 5 years I hope to have finished my schooling, and in ten years I hope to have a very stable job and a career that is only going up.
What can you offer us that someone else can not?
I can offer great customer service as well as a pleasant attitude to work with everyday that I have to work.
Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.
The most recent accomplishment that I am the most proud of are my grades, even though I didn't get the best grade in one of them, I tried my hardest and did the best that I could and got the grades that represented that work.
Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
I make mistakes all of the time, but I always learn from them. When I was working at a food pantry as a volunteer this past year, I made a lot of mistakes when working with the clients but quickly learned when they were just being polite and smiling and didn't know how to speak English.
What is your dream job?
My dream job is working with creative people and creating something that will last forever, or for a very long time, at least.

What would you look to accomplish in the first 30 days/60 days/90 days on the job?
I'd look forward to accomplishing trust between my coworkers and a great customer service reputation.
Describe yourself.
I'm a 20 year old community college student. I like to think of myself as someone who does the right thing, who gives back to their community and is respectful and kind. I know how to manage time, handle multiple responsibilities and work with a team
Tell me how you handled a difficult situation.
I handled a very difficult situation with some group members of mine this past semester by discussing their disinterest in the project and working with them to get things done, one small step at a time.
Why should we hire you?
Because I'd be fun to work with and I'd get everything that is assigned to me done on time effectively and convince the customers to come back.
Would you work holidays/weekends?
Yes! I'd be more than happy to work my fair share of holidays and weekdays.
How would you deal with an angry or irate customer?
I would give them my uttermost patience and serve them calmly.
Give a time when you went above and beyond the requirements for a project.
I went above and beyond the requirements for a school project when I had to create a game surrounding one tennis ball, created packaging for the project, a fake history for a fake company, a logo and advertising and marketing plans.
What was your biggest failure?
My biggest failure was probably when for a long period of time, I just didn't try to challenge myself or do anything because of a fear of failure.
What motivates you?
Success. Success in school, which I am achieving more so everyday, and now I want a successful work life, which starts here.
What’s your availability?
I'm available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from one p.m. to close and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 or 2 pm. to close, and then all day on the weekends.
How do you handle pressure?
Very calmly. When I'm under pressure, my brain immediately starts to reorganize things and keep things clean, either by keeping things running smoothly or running sparkly.

What are your career goals?
To be happy wherever I am working.
Are you a leader or a follower?
I'm more of a follower to be honest with you, but when I'm stuck in a situation where I am needed to be a leader, I step up.
What was the last book you’ve read for fun?
The Drowned Cities, it's a science fiction - fantasy novel about the future of the world due to climate change and war.
What are your co-worker pet peeves?
I don't like it when my co-workers don't do anything. I don't appreciate laziness at all.
What are your hobbies?
I'm a very chill person, and in my down time I just like to read books and watch TV and peruse the internet.
What makes you uncomfortable?
Awkward silences. I try to make conversation with people as much as I can, but when they are unresponsive and don't like to talk then I can start to feel very uncomfortable, so I just shut up.
What are some of your leadership experiences?
All of my leadership experiences are from school, from when I had to take the lead in group projects due to no one else stepping up or my expertise on the subject.
Give an example of how you accomplished or over came a problem with a coworker or boss
I've over come problems with peers and professors of mine in the past by just taking the time to ask them questions to clear out all miss-communication or to talk about what the problem is and clear the air, so to speak.

That it's a great work environment for its employees.

Hard working and fast paced. I don't like to stay idle, I always like to be doing something productive.
