Rules of hydraulic safety.
1. Wear PPE.
2. Ensure pump is in neutral before connecting/disconnecting.

• Never operate the machine when the rope ferrule is within 10cm of the casing.

Golden hour is the time from the incident occurring until the time of surgical intervention.

Inner Cordon is the scene of most operations, this will be the area where only the minimum number of personnel will work. Controlled by the Fire Service.

Outer Cordon is the area containing all support vehicles. Controlled by the Police.
